Every service is customized based on your density, loc count, lifestyle, maintenance routine, and long-term goals. Every journey grows in phases, and I’m here to guide and nurture yours every step of the way. ⸻ 🌱 Location Humble, TX Private Luxury Salon Suite ⸻ 🌿 Booking All appointments are booked online. New clients are required to complete a consultation before booking services. Consultations allow us to evaluate your hair, discuss goals, determine maintenance needs, and provide accurate timing and pricing recommendations. Appointments are available to book 30 days in advance from the current date. If dates appear grayed out, they are unavailable. If you do not see an appointment that fits your schedule, please join the waitlist for automatic notifications when openings become available. ⸻ 🌿 Microloc Sizing Microloc services are customized based on loc count, density, desired sizing, and maintenance needs. • Medium Microlocs — approximately 100–250 locs • Small Microlocs — approximately 250–400 locs • Extra Small / Sisterlock Sized Microlocs — 400+ locs Loc count, density, length, and maintenance frequency all affect timing, maintenance requirements, and pricing. ⸻ 📌 THE LOC NURSERY POLICIES Please review before booking. • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. • Remaining balances are due at checkout by cash, Zelle, or card. • Late arrivals incur a $20 fee after 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, appointments may be canceled and deposits forfeited. • Squeeze-in, before-hours, and after-hours appointments are an additional $100. • No additional guests are permitted. One parent or guardian may accompany a minor client when applicable. • The Loc Nursery does not currently accept clients under 13 years old. • Please arrive with previous styles, rubber bands, beads, and accessories removed. • Additional fees may apply for style removal. The extra time required may affect styling options or require service adjustments to remain within your scheduled appointment time. • Wash services are included with most maintenance appointments unless otherwise stated. • Clients are responsible for providing any required extension hair in the desired color and recommended quantity. • Overdue maintenance, reconstruction, detangling, separation, and corrective work may require additional time and fees. • Service upgrades cannot be accommodated during appointments. Service downgrades may be permitted if timing allows. • Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Availability cannot be held, scheduled, or reserved through text messages, social media, email, or phone calls. ⸻ 💬 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Do you wash my hair? Most maintenance services include a shampoo unless otherwise stated. Certain Microloc and corrective services may require clients to arrive freshly shampooed and fully dried. ⸻ How much is the deposit? Deposits range from $25–$150 depending on the service selected and are applied toward your appointment. ⸻ How often should I come for maintenance? • Microlocs: 4–8 weeks • Interlocking: 6–8 weeks • Retwists: 4–6 weeks ⸻ What if I go overdue? Additional fees may apply for appointments requiring excessive separating, detangling, untucking, slippage correction, reconstruction, or part maintenance. ⸻ Do you color locs? Color services are available for existing clients only. Additional color charges may apply based on density, length, and product usage. ⸻ Can I book without removing my previous style? Yes, but additional fees may apply for style removal. The extra time needed may affect available styling options or require adjustments to your service to fit within your scheduled appointment time. ⸻ 🌿 How to Book + Choose Your Style After selecting your service category (Retwist, Microloc Retie, Interlock, Crochet, etc.), choose a style level based on the look you want. Each level adds time and pricing based on complexity. Cancellation Policy
The Loc Nursery charges 100% cancellation fee for same day cancellations and no show appointments. Should you contact me 48 hours before your appointment, we can reschedule for another date and time with 1 transferable deposit. Deposit are NON REFUNDABLE.
