Every service is customized based on your density, loc count, lifestyle, maintenance routine, and long-term goals. Every journey grows in phases, and I’m here to guide and nurture yours every step of the way. ⸻ 🌱 Location Humble, TX Private Luxury Salon Suite ⸻ 🌿 Booking All appointments are booked online. Consultations are required for new installs, transfer clients, and services that require an assessment before booking. Consultations allow us to evaluate your hair, discuss goals, determine maintenance needs, and provide accurate timing and pricing recommendations. Appointments are available to book 30 days in advance from the current date. If dates appear grayed out, they are unavailable. If you do not see an appointment that fits your schedule, please join the waitlist for automatic notifications when openings become available. ⸻ 🌿 Microloc + Sisterloc Maintenance Microloc + Sisterloc maintenance is booked according to the number of weeks since your last maintenance appointment rather than by loc-count category. • 4–6 Weeks — Routine Maintenance • 7–8 Weeks — Approaching Overdue • 9–11 Weeks — Overdue Maintenance • 12+ Weeks — Severe Overdue / Reestablishment Maintenance pricing reflects the time included with each service. Additional time may be required for excessive new growth, density, slippage, marrying, repairs, or corrective maintenance. ⸻ 📌 THE LOC NURSERY POLICIES Please review before booking. • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. • Remaining balances are due at checkout by cash, Zelle, or card. • Late arrivals incur a $20 fee after 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, appointments may be canceled and deposits forfeited. • Squeeze-in, before-hours, and after-hours appointments are an additional $100. • No additional guests are permitted. One parent or guardian may accompany a minor client when applicable. •Kids services are available only for the age range listed within the Kids Services category. One parent or guardian may accompany a minor client. • Please arrive with previous styles, rubber bands, beads, and accessories removed. • Additional fees may apply for style removal. The extra time required may affect styling options or require service adjustments to remain within your scheduled appointment time. • Wash services are included with most maintenance appointments unless otherwise stated. • Clients are responsible for providing any required extension hair in the desired color and recommended quantity. • Overdue maintenance, reconstruction, detangling, separation, and corrective work may require additional time and fees. • Service upgrades cannot be accommodated during appointments. Service downgrades may be permitted if timing allows. • Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Availability cannot be held, scheduled, or reserved through text messages, social media, email, or phone calls. ⸻ 💬 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Do you wash my hair? Shampoo availability varies by service. Traditional Retwist, Interlocking, Crochet, and select services include shampoo when stated in the service description. Microloc + Sisterloc maintenance does not include shampoo and may be booked with a separate Microloc Wash add-on or clients may arrive freshly shampooed and fully dried. ⸻ How much is the deposit? Deposits range from $25–$150 depending on the service selected and are applied toward your appointment. ⸻ How often should I come for maintenance? • Microlocs: 4–6 weeks • Interlocking: 6–8 weeks • Retwists: 4–6 weeks • Crochet Maintenance: As needed, based on new growth, frizz, and how quickly the loc begins to lose its shape or structure. ⸻ What if I go overdue? Going beyond the recommended maintenance timeframe may require additional time, correction, separation, detangling, or repair depending on the service and condition of your locs. For Microloc + Sisterloc maintenance, please select the service that matches the number of weeks since your last appointment. For Traditional Retwist, Interlocking, Crochet, and other maintenance services, overdue pricing or additional maintenance time may apply when extra work is required. Final pricing may vary based on new growth, density, marrying, slippage, buildup, repairs, or corrective maintenance needs. ⸻ Do you color locs? Yes. Color services are available for existing clients. A consultation is required before booking color services. ⸻ Can I book without removing my previous style? Yes, but additional fees may apply for style removal. The extra time needed may affect available styling options or require adjustments to your service to fit within your scheduled appointment time. ⸻ 🌿 How to Book + Choose Your Style Start by selecting your main service. If you would like styling, visit the Add-Ons + Treatments section and select the styling tier that best matches your desired look. • Simple Styling Basic finishing styles such as simple barrels, ponytails, buns, and other minimal-detail loc styles. • Advanced Styling Detailed styles such as two-strand styles, petals, detailed barrels, combination styles, and more intricate updos. • Premium Styling Specialty or extended styles requiring additional time, advanced technique, or added hair, including Feather Crochet Miracle Knots and extended temporary styles. 🚨 HAIR LENGTH ADD-ON REQUIRED WHEN APPLICABLE Please select the appropriate Hair Length Add-On in addition to your styling tier when your loc length requires it. Cancellation Policy
The Loc Nursery charges 100% cancellation fee for same day cancellations and no show appointments. Should you contact me 48 hours before your appointment, we can reschedule for another date and time with 1 transferable deposit. Deposit are NON REFUNDABLE.
